REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY – RadabStore

  • We accept returns or exchanges for any product you are not satisfied with.
  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must have at least 90% of the fragrance remaining in the bottle.
  • Return and exchange requests are processed within 3–5 working days.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable for return or exchange orders.
  • Customers are required to pay delivery charges for exchange shipments.
  • Tester Boxes / Sample Sets are non-refundable, as they are meant for testing fragrances.
  • Orders above Rs. 10,000 are non-refundable and can only be exchanged.
  • In case of damage, leakage, or receiving the wrong product, RadabStore will cover all delivery charges.
